You can't go wrong when you start each order with a Fresh Tortilla.

We make the dough for our tortillas right here in the restaurant.
Then we prepare your tortilla at the time of your order, right before
your eyes, in our special tortilla press.

We fill the tortilla however you like, using quality ingredients such as
Marinated and Grilled Steak, Chili-tamarind Chicken, Cilantro-lime Rice,
Freshly made Guacamole, and Hot Tomatillo Salsa.

However you like it - when you're done,
your fresh tortilla is bursting
with flavor.
